For the first meal you can eat some high in fibers and low in sugar cereals, with skimmed or semi-skimmed milk, adding 200 calories. Then you can have a piece of fruit, and a banana is the for a meal early in the morning, adding up to 72 calories.

A second meal can be composed of 30 g of almond nuts, the ones with the brown skin, meaning about one full hand of almonds, adding 160 calories. Then, one scoop of protein mixed in water, but be careful to be pure protein powder, not the one with carbohydrates or creatine in in. This cocktail has about 130 calories.

A third meal can represent 250 g of grilled or oven cooked meat, 50g of broccoli, 30 g of carrots and lettuce. You can put one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil to your lettuce, and this meal has 670 calories.

For the fourth meal, a multigrain sandwich at your choice is the best. But remember not to eat processed meat. This adds up to 300 calories.

A fifth meal can be composed of 200 g of grilled or oven cooked meat with 40 g of vegetables, whatever you like best. This meal will bring you 460 calories.

Remember that most people have a diet full of poor quality carbohydrates and not enough proteins, and this is wrong. A proper amount of proteins can help to tone your muscles and maintain a good and healthy body weight.
