Relaxing
and refreshing does not mean only to take rest. It also means taking rest consciously so, that mind and body both gets rejuvenated completely. For relaxing, it is very important to learn and understand various techniques. Complete relaxation can be attained, once a person practises a technique with which they are most comfortable. There are some people who can relax at virtually any place- in crowded stations or in market or in an ice cream parlour, home or even at schools. For this purpose, the room should be full of positive energy and light. One can relax in their personal room in any way they like either by sitting or by lying down in any position. One can breathe freely and stop thinking for the time being and concentrate on relaxing body which also heals the mind. Open spaces like parks, gardens, large fields etc are some of the places where one can also relax, recharge and get refreshed. Remaining in contact with natural beauty also helps in relaxation.
Practising yoga also is beneficial for refreshing mind and relaxing body. It is a type of exercise and it also teaches people the techniques of relaxing in the right way. It is believed that muscles are completely relaxed while having yoga sessions. Going to a spa is also a great way of unwinding oneself.
